Grange Advisory was established in 2014 by Alexandra Boudrie with the vision of providing clients with a combination of legal and commercially focused advice, that addresses their needs and objectives. We strive to work closely with you, to learn how your businesses work and understand and solve your challenges.

MANAGING PARTNER

Alexandra Boudrie

alexandraboudrie@grangeadvisory.com

Prior to forming Grange Advisory, Alexandra worked as a Senior Associate with Justitia Lawyers and Consultants (LIV Law Firm of the Year 2013). Alexandra has also worked in both employee relations and HR legal roles with global financial institution ANZ Banking Group, and as a lawyer with top tier law firm Ashurst.

Alexandra has worked with clients across a range of industries, including banking and finance, communications, health, retail, education, and government. Alexandra understands the need to balance all relevant factors when assisting her clients to identify and implement an appropriate outcome and minimise risk. She is solution focused, pragmatic, commercial, diligent and professional.

Alexandra conducts complex workplace investigations into allegations of misconduct, bullying and sexual harassment and is able to assist clients in considering alternative dispute resolution processes to resolve workplace conflict.

Senior Investigator

Kerstin Schneider

Prior to joining Grange Advisory, Kerstin worked as a Senior Consultant at global financial institution ANZ Banking Group. With over 15 years’ experience, Kerstin has worked in employee relations and HR business roles, as well as change management and business solutions.

Kerstin has worked with a broad range of clientele within the banking and finance industry, local government, health providers and private sector employers. Kerstin is efficient, pragmatic, commercial, conscientious and professional.

Kerstin can support clients to achieve an outcome by enabling them to identify and establish their need. Achieved through a variety of approaches including, workplace reviews, investigations into allegations of misconduct, dispute resolution and/or training.

SENIOR Investigator

Suzy Mallett

Prior to joining Grange Advisory Suzy worked as a Lawyer and Manager at one of Australia’s largest plaintiff law firms. After admission to legal practice in 2005, Suzy worked within a number of compensation law practices and on personal injury class actions. 

Suzy subsequently spent five years managing that law firm's corporate social responsibility programs including philanthropic giving, pro bono programs and environmental and sustainability performance. 

Suzy brings a broad range of experiences to her role including her legal expertise; stakeholder and employee engagement program management. 

Suzy has experience conducting workplace investigations, workplace cultural reviews and review of actions matters for both private and public sector clients.

Roxanne Lalopoulos

Prior to joining Grange Advisory, Roxanne worked as a lawyer in workplace relations as an Employee Relations Advisor for a federal government body, run her own registered training organisation, provided workplace coaching and been in house legal counsel for a small business.

Roxanne brings a wide variety of experience to her role including her legal expertise and has experience working across a broad range of workplace relations matters, with clients in both the public and private sector. Roxanne is conscientious, professional, commercial and practical.

Investigation Consultant

Andrew Clifforth

Prior to joining Grange Advisory in March 2018, Andrew worked as a Project Manager at Mecca Cosmetica, where he managed multiple large scale projects across the business.

As a Legal Assistant, Andrew assists with report preparation, document administration, research and support across a range of matters, including workplace investigations.

General Manager

Mike Boudrie

Mike is focused on building Grange Advisory from its current strong foundation as a high quality provider of specialist employee relations and employment law services. He is dedicated to providing top tier quality service, that incorporates both a legal and commercial position.

Mike has extensive business strategy experience working with boards and business owners , through to teams in large organisations to medium sized businesses. Mike has experience managing complex disputes involving multiple parties with conflicting interests. He is commercial, solution focused, an experienced negotiator and is able to tailor his approach to assist parties to communicate effectively, understand each other's needs and reach an agreement. 

Mike has worked with leading corporate advisory firms Ernst & Young, PPB Advisory and McGrathNicol advising businesses across a range of complex matters, with Telstra Corporation in Group Strategy and Bell Potter Securities in their Corporate Finance team.
